Terms of Service

To use Linkato you must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Using the service means you accept these Terms in full and the documents referenced (Privacy, Acceptable Use, DPA).

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or closure of the account.
• Except as required by law or our refund policy, payments are non-refundable.

Any trials or free plans are offered as-is and may be changed or discontinued at any time. When a trial ends, the terms of the chosen plan apply.

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy. In particular, you agree to send only to recipients who have given valid consent and not to use purchased lists.

You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license necessary to provide the service (e.g. store, process and send your emails). You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content and data processed.

The platform software, brand and materials belong to AMAZ ONLINE SRLS or its licensors. You acquire no rights other than the limited license needed to use the service under these Terms.

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. When we process data on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies.

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, risk to security or network deliverability, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time; some provisions survive termination.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

You agree to hold AMAZ ONLINE SRLS harmless from third-party claims arising from your content or from use of the service in breach of these Terms or the law.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice; continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Macerata, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
